Smaller dogs under a certain weight can expect roughly a one hour service time, medium dogs roughly 2hrs, and larger dogs and/or more complex grooms may take even longer.

We lack space in our shop to accommodate waiting, we do welcome you to enjoy the lake view in the warmer months. It is best to plan other errands around the service times.

Yes, at pickup time each client is offered the chance to look over the groom and ensure it is to their standards. We will offer modifications at the time, any modification requests at a later date will have to be schedule and may include an additional service charge.

Our service agreement exists in the name of full disclosure, allowing our policies to be made known to each client. It also exists so we can collect needed information such as Medical Conditions and other details that allow us to deliver great service.
