What you can expect:

1. Book your appointment online or by calling us directly. The easiest and best way to book is online. This will allow you to see upfront pricing and our entire upcoming schedule to find what works best for you!

2. We will send you a reminder text message/email 24hrs in advance of your appointment.

3. Upon arrival, you may either park on the street and call in so we can escort your dog to the shop or you may pull into the driveway back to the shop if you prefer.

4. Depending on the breed, weight, style or other factors you will be provided an expected time of completion. See our FAQs page for more details.

5. We do not have a waiting area for you to stay in while your pet is being groomed, however there are a few stores/restaurants nearby. Hutchinson is Eleven Minutes West of our property. See the Local Business section for more.

6. We will call/text you when fifteen minutes of the groom remains.

7. You will be provided the opportunity to review your pets groom and will have the chance for immediate revisions if possible or a future touch up on a case by case basis.

8. We ask that you pickup your pet promptly so we may clean & prepare for our next client.
